The adrenaline and the pressure, pushing my limits, laughing with the boys and learning everyday. Super glad to be a part of it!
Standout moment 2017:
Rejoining the tour after a year off in Dakhla and making it to the quarter final.
Favourite competitors to ride against and watch:
I’ve never underestimated a rider. All the riders have skills and I like competing with all the guys on the tour! That’s the only way I really push my limit and I get to learning from my mistakes. When my Mitu is out, I try to watch and learn from him. For sure no one has been competing as long as him and he’s often the one to watch out there.
2018 goals:
I’ll do my best to crack the top five (INCHAALAH-LAH)
How do you train?:
I train in the water as much as I can but if the conditions aren't there then I'm in the gym too.
